Q2: What is Monkey Grass Dissolve?
A: Dissolve is our pre-spot treatment designed specifically for stubborn stains, pet messes, pet urine/odour, organic residue, food spills and high-traffic dirt on artificial turf. Safe for all artificial turf, pet- and child-safe, biodegradable.
Q3: How do I use the All-in-One Spray?
A: Mix 4 parts water to 1 part product (i.e., 4:1 dilution). Apply evenly across the turf surface. Rinse or brush if needed per instructions. Use regularly (roughly every 30 days) for best protection and freshness.
Q4: How do I use Dissolve?
A: Spray directly onto the affected spot or high-traffic area, let it sit for a short period (as per product instructions), then rinse or rinse/brush away the residue. Use whenever you see stains, odors or messes — especially pet-related.
Q5: Are these products safe for pets, kids and plants?
A: Yes — both products are 100 % biodegradable, free of harsh chemicals, safe for artificial turf fibers, and safe for pets, children, and nearby plants when used as directed.
Q6: Does the ceramic barrier really work? How long does it last?
A: Yes — the Advanced Ceramic Technology creates a protective film that repels contaminants and makes future cleaning easier. With regular use (about every 30 days for the All-in-One), you can maintain freshness and protection consistently.

Q9: What kind of stains or messes can Dissolve handle?
A: Pet urine and feces, food or drink spills, leaf/organic build-up, high-traffic dirt, sap, muddy footprints — basically anything that hits the fibers of your artificial turf and leaves behind residue or odor.
Q10: What preparation or maintenance should I do between uses?
A: General good practices: remove leaves, large debris and branches regularly; rinse turf occasionally; brush the fibers upright; ensure good drainage; treat spots promptly with Dissolve; apply All-in-One to protect proactively.
